Wesley College offers students a wide range of sporting and recreational activities that students are able to participate and compete successfully in. Many represent their sporting code at regional and national levels, and we are proud of the way our teams conduct themselves. We have a full time Sports Coordinator and a Director of Rugby to manage all sporting activities. The success of the Sports Programme depends on the involvement and support of staff, whānau and volunteers in the community. 

Sports List

Wesley College offers a variety of sports the list of sports below is offered to Seniors and Juniors throughout the year. Senior summer sports are held in Term 1 and Juniors in Term 4 with the Winter sports being held in Terms 2 & 3. 

If you want to try something that is not on our list, then we will do our best to find out more information for you.

Registration

All sports registrations will be made online, or students may register at the sports office during interval and lunch breaks. Registration details will be sent to students by email or notified during Chapel services when it becomes available. Please follow the links in your emails to ensure you register correctly for sport at Wesley College.

All sports uniforms are issued by the Sports Office. All information is available through each sporting code on registration.

To stay up to date with all sports draws, results, cancellations and to receive notifications College Sports Auckland now have a fantastic new App for mobile phone users. I recommend all parents and students to have this App, to stay up to date with all the fixtures of their respective sports teams.
