On 13th June, our juniors had a free cook where they found a recipe and ordered their own ingredients.
Lavaka and Kepu made a mango ‘otai (a real crowd pleaser, everyone in the class tried some and loved it!)
Iani perfected his oreo cheesecake, his chocolate ganache was mirror perfect.
Paongo took the lead in his group’s baked cheesecake with Russell adding some peanut butter and chocolate chips to create something unique.
Te-Rina and Velolini created some healthy chicken wraps, using their newfound skills on the deep fryer.
There is some great learning happening with our juniors.
